Every homeowner who reaches out to Ringcollective Plumbing should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Plumbers in our network run their own businesses. They answer for their estimates, prices, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. A provider who repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed from the network. Please know that Ringcollective Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm receipt by email. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, a state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
