Not a Job Board. A Way to Reach Homeowners.

A lot of people read "careers" and think of open positions. This page is different. Ringcollective Plumbing does not hire plumbers as employees. We are a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent providers.

If you run your own plumbing, drain or sewer business, you may be a fit for our network.

Why Providers Join

You already know the work. Finding the next customer is the harder part. Homeowners with urgent problems search online, and we help route those requests to providers who serve their area.

You keep control of your business. You choose which jobs to take, set your own prices and manage your own schedule. We do not promise a set number of calls or any level of income.

Who We Look For

We are interested in independent businesses that offer one or more of these:

  • Emergency plumbing repairs
  • Drain clearing and cleaning
  • Sewer line inspection and repair
  • Sump pump and basement water issues

Older homes are common in many areas we list, so experience with aging pipes, cast iron and clay lines is a plus.

What We Expect

Homeowners trust the people who show up at their door. We ask every provider to:

  • Hold all licenses and registrations required locally.
  • Carry appropriate insurance for the work.
  • Answer referral calls and requests in a timely way.
  • Be honest about what is wrong and what it may cost.
  • Give written quotes for larger jobs.
  • Respect the home and clean up after the work.

We may pause or remove providers who do not meet these standards.

How Providers Are Paid and How We Are Paid

Providers set and collect their own fees from homeowners. Ringcollective Plumbing does not take part in the job or touch the payment for the work. Providers may pay for the leads and calls we send. Terms are shared before you join.
